Review Policy

1. The secretary registers an article on condition that it meets the author manuscript requirements posted on the journal website.

2. Each registered article is subject to mandatory review.

3. For all scientific articles submitted for review, the level of originality of the author's text is determined using dedicated software that indicates the originality level of the article, the sources used, and any partial text overlap (plagiarism).

4. The review period is two weeks. Depending on the circumstances and at the reviewer's request, this period may be extended.

5. The reviewer reaches one of the following conclusions:

– the article is recommended for publication;

– the article is recommended for publication after revisions have been made;

– the article is rejected, with reasons stated.

6. Where an article is returned to the author with a recommendation to address the reviewer's comments and revise accordingly, the revised work is subject to a second round of review.

7. If the author disagrees with the review, he or she has the right to submit a substantiated response to the editorial board, on the basis of which the editorial board decides on the advisability of publishing the work in the journal.

8. In the event of a positive review, the Editor-in-Chief  together with the editorial board forwards the author's text with the notation "Approved for Publication" to the subsequent stages: editing, technical editing, and typesetting for further production at the publisher.

9. Original articles and reviews are retained by the journal editorial office for three years.
