Article Processing Fee Policy

The journal does not charge any fees from authors – for submission, review, processing, or publication of articles. The journal is entirely free of charge for authors.

Authors are responsible for the accuracy of terms, surnames, data, quotations, and statistical materials cited in the article.

All materials submitted for publication undergo a two-tier peer review system. The decision on publication is made by the editorial board. The editorial board reserves the right to abridge and edit the text and to change the article title with the author's agreement. Manuscripts rejected by the editorial board are not returned to authors.
